Bulky uterus with multiple fibroid

My name is varsha actually my mom have face this issue and tomorrow we done sonoghraphy and report is Uterus is anteverted or bulky it measures 9.8*5.0*6.5 cms. There are subserosal fundal fibroids measuring 5.2*3.1 cm and 3.2*2.4 Cm . Few small cm. Posterior wall fibroids measure 1.5*1.2 cm and 2.6*2.1cm. Endometrial eco is 13 mm in thickness. Then kindly tell me what can I do for her . My mummy is so cute please give me suggestion to prevent her .

Unless she has any history of heavy bleeding she needs to get evaluated n treated..else just for fibroids she needn't do anythg
