I have irregular/heavy menstrual bleeding, my uterus is anteverted,enlarge and bulky measuring 10.0×4.6×4.8cm.The endometrial thickness is 1.4cm. No mass seen in mtometrium both ovaries appear normal, do you have any way, that we find out that uterus is disease free ,no d&c require, neither removal of uterus,
