Diagnosed with bulky uterus, also have HPV infection. Periods are very painful with clots passing, also experiencing persistent pain in lower abdomen and contractions like feeling also. Sex is very painful and difficulty in passing urine sometimes and constipation. Do I need a hysterectomy as advised by my gynaecologist. endo.cancer history with
