Bulky left Overy with cyst 26 X 20 mm

Bulky Overy with 36X28X25 mm size Vol 13.8cc, it have cyst as well of size 26 X 20 mm. Is it life threatening or if this can be cured. Please help.

If it is a simple cyst then no other treatment is needed. Repeat ultrasound after 3 months

At 24 yrs it is normal to have ovarian cyst.. Get follow up TAS and TVS scan if possible to confirm regression of cyst

No need to worry. Cyst are very common in 24 yrs( just collection of fluid). No need for treatment unless it is causing infertility
