Hello This could be due to lid infection Try A.warm Compresses B apply antibiotic ointment like moxifloxacin twice daily over lid margins C use systemic antibiotic Having said that it is provisional diagnosis I would recommend you to consult local ophthalmologist and get proper eye examination done Regards
