Bubbles feelings

Sometimes I feel some bubble came to my heart and when it happens I feel my breath stop for a sec and I observe this feeling in my throat. I visited cardiologist but all result is fine. But when it happens I really feel weired. It happens once in a blue moon. Some dr said that it is gallbladder problem. Is it life threatening for me. Plz help me.
