So on thanksgiving (about 3 days ago) I was playing a virtual reality game and I hit my right finger really hard on something. Since it was a virtual reality game I couldn’t see what I hit but it was hard enough where my nail bed started bleeding immediately. I’d say about 40% was already covered in blood between my nailbed and nail. It’s been 3 days and my entire nail is purple/black and has gone numb a couple times. Do I need to seek medical attention or is this normal?
