I hv blckish patches on my hand & elbow area..since 1 yr i hv noticed ..n its becoming more darker n spreading ol over hand.. 1 doctor suggested its a sunburn...in winer how sunburn affct my skin badly?? n m nt roaming outside too much or in sun also... pls help me out
