Brown Spotting discharge at 7 Weeks

I am 7 weeks pregnant, last sonography done at 6 weeks , Heart Beat found 104 beats/min, but little brown discharge come from last 1 week. Doctor suggest 2 prolution depot injections twice a week and Susten 200 mg twice a day as of now. How long will this discharge happens or any serious issue. Currenlty doing bed rest also to reduce the discharge.

Dear Practo user, The heart beat of the conceptus is on the lower side. You are also having brownish discharge. Though one cannot say for sure, there is likelihood that the conceptus may be abnormal. The drugs being given to you are hormonal preparations to sustain pregnancy. According to me, only one of them is enough.
