Brown/pink discharge 6 month pregnancy

Hi I am having brown and pinkish discharge once a day since last one week in my 22-23 rd week of pregnancy. Got a scanning done 5 days ago and report was fine. My doctor have put me on medication - susten 200 (thrice daily ) and pause 500 thrice for one week . Please suggest if anything to worry
