I have been on the Depo shot as means on birth control for about 5 months now, I have recently started to exercise regularly and eat healthier again which has left me sore and it seemed to have triggered some brown discharge, is this normal? I only had my period the first month while gaining about 3lbs and have never had a issue since till now.
