Hiya, I've been on the same pill for around a year and I never had any problems. My period is due in one week however today I noticed a lot of brown discharge ? I am sexually active but I have been taking the pill regularly. I have also recently changed my diet. I'm quite worried as I have never experienced spotting and not sure what caused it.
