For the last two cycles I have a little brown spotting 2-3 days before start of the cycle. I had an ultrasound in March 2017. Which showed a fibroid in the uterus. I had another Gynaec check up about 2 months back. She said my uterus is bulky. Is the discharge normal?

Apart from brown discharge do you have any other problem. This may or may not be because of your fibroids. Need few more details
