Brown discharge after d and c

I had d&c done on july22nd. I stopped bleeding right after that, jus one day of mild spotting. I had mild white discharge after tat. After 19 days of d&c, I got brown vaginal bleeding, it was not heavy jus I can wipe in toilet paper. Will this be period or infection or old bloods coming out?
