Brown colour spotting

I had  unsafe intercourse on 27 Feb but I took i pill on the same day but after 7 days bleeding starts and ended on 11 March but again after 2 days brown colour fluids is coming .My last menstruation date was on 15 Feb 2023.Moreover I also did pregnancy test after 2 weeks of intercourse but it comes negative.plzzz tell me I am pregnant or not.
