I have a some what broad nose so how can I make slim can I use nose thinner clip is it will be helpful or not or what should I do any treatment pls suggest me

Just a "Broad nose " should not cause any problems unless you feel that it is not looking good from cosmetic point of view. In that case, you need a Rhinoplasty surgery to make it smaller and thinner. Consult an ENT SURGEON who is capable of doing rhinoplasty.
