I regularly get little heart flutters with tiny head rush. about once a day in the early evening. its very brief.. had ECG about a year ago and all was ok. last night at 8pm i had a much bigger one.. more intense and a bigger head rush.. i was sitting down and well rested.. i am an ex smoker, i am fit, i moderately exercise and am not over weight,
