I am 83 years old. Female. Suffering from arthritis and ulcerative colitis since over 18 years. Now I have put on weight too especially my abdomen area. I feel breathless and find difficulties in speech.

Decide whether you are 83 or 93 . Try to switch to healthy diet exercise as much as you can.  Meet a Geriatrics specialist.
