Hello doc, My dad is suffering from cad,dm, hypertension He is on medications currently. But currently while walking he is facing breathlessness and vomiting in the evening. Is it currently emergency to consult or can it be delayed until next 15 days?

Low oral fluids required. Keep fluid intake as per Urine intake. Take Medicines to increase urine. Discuss online.
Next Steps
After 4pm stop water intake. Good urine output is key. Get a 2D echocardiography.
