K/c/o-t2dm, HTN, ckd, old pulmonary Koch.uti Presenting with above complaint. On Rx for treatment with amoxicillin/clavulanic acid 500 mg. After which fever n flank pain developed. Creat 5.4 TC 40,000 na 127. Rest Al normal. Also on erythropoietin inj. HB 8.1
