Hi, 4 days old child breathing sometime with mouth and sometime making sound while breathing. Is it normal?

Mouth breathing can be due to nose block, that can also cause noise while breathing and feeding. So please use nasal drips two drops both sides, every four to five hours and then check. If still no improvement, please visit the pediatrician
