We live in Coimbatore, my son is 3.6 years old, he is having problems in breathing, he caught up cold and it's few weeks now , still his nose are blocked, he is breathing through mouth. Having tough time in sleeping. Doctor is giving syrups and one spray to nose. He is still recovering. Otherwise he is active and goes to school. Please suggest me any good life style or what could be the common root cause.

The basic cause might be allergy due to environmental exposure to allergens like dust ,smoke,viral respiratory tract infections. If he is having mouth breathing you need to see a Ent surgeon to rule out adenoid enlargement .
