Breathing problems, little Chest pain

I'm facing shortness of breath from last 2 months with little chest pain ( middle and right portion of my chest) and dry cough. I have noticed Sometime this problem comes and go. Mainly at night this problem increase more complexity.

It can be allergic reaction to dust or cold air. Get a chest Xray, CBC, and absolute eosinophil count.

More of anxiety Get crp and chest x-ray and tell Till then tab alprax .25 once at night
