Need to put effort for breathing.feeling shortness of breath.. while breathing feeling tightness and stretch around tha naval..it started after I vomit 3-4 tyms. I am 31yrs old and having weight 45kg.. Pft and ecg are normal. Doctor said chest is also clear.
