I have something like allergy from fragrance and dust too... My heartbeat gets faster and I feel too much difficulty in breathing... What treatment and medicines shoul I prefer... Is there any diagnostic test or something ?

It seems that you are suffering from allergic rhinitis. The treatment of allergic rhinitis consists of the following. 1. Avoidance of allergens if possible. 2.Steroid nasal spray ( most helpful and cost effective). 3. Oral anti-histaminics. 4.Allergen sensitivity test and desensitization Routine blood tests and serum IgE level may be done before commencing treatment, but is not essential.
