Hi. I understand your concern s. You will need to undergo a detailed examination and investigation like chest x ray and pulmonary function test which is needed for the diagnosis as well as to assess severity of bronchitis based on which treatment can be started. Consult a pulmonologist for the same at the earliest.

The condition is because of your smoking. Quit smoking at the earliest. Avoid exposure to dusty environment, pungent gases, fumes, cold environment etc., Better to consult a pulmonologist for complete evaluation and management.
