First covid(moderate-mild) , then septoplasty since I had extreme breathing issues during COVID time. I have a bit relief, but now something's wrong with me internally as I wake up with extreme fatigue which is continual for 1 month now, then I feel sleepy during day and when I try to dose off , I wake up feeling like choking and breathlessness and like my BP has fallen down. Dizziness accompanies it. I don't know whom to consult and what's the exact problem with me.
