I feel suffocating during breath and pain in my back portion. I do COVID test but negative found . Feel dry cough in my lungs and throats. I had take steam from steamer that's time i feel ok but again same issue feeling. This is not regularly its feel for half an hour's in 4-5 hours. What we can do

Hello noted above history and related concerns. Have lots of water daily 2 litre approx and vitamins and vegetables.it will relieve weak ness.
