Newborn weights 4.5 kg is having breathing difficulty since after birth..what is the reason and treatment?

I ma marking your words a new born baby weighing 4.5kg.  It means birthweight.  It is very high. Probably  mother is diabetic.  Pl admit baby in the same hospital where he is born . Invetigate Bl sugar.
