I am having some sound in lungs when I lie down. I am also struggling to quit smoking. This sound is happening ever since I restarted this habit of smoking

You will need to undergo a detailed examination and investigation like chest x ray and pulmonary function test which is needed for the diagnosis as well as to assess severity of bronchitis based on which treatment can be started. Also you will need to stop smoking or get help to stop smoking . Consult a pulmonologist for the same at the earliest.
