Five years ago once i got panic attack. I was unable to breath, i was hospitalised and got release next day. It happened three days alternatively. Then whenever i cry much i get such issues. Like i cant breathe and body gets Stiff. Then problem on periods started.its irragular. Sometime it continues for 1 month then may be it wont for 2 months. Then i did my ultrasonography and diagnosed with ovarian cyst in both ovary.doctor said no nid of operation, he treated me with some medicine for 2months n things got normal.(I'm an anaemic patient).but recently i get heavy pain in my stomach n body before period starts.now the breathing problem is so much that i can't walk much, i cant do heavy work.. Now without getting panic attack also I'm having this problem. What should i do?
