First of all we have to identify the reason for such low hemoglobin levels and immediately he might require an iron injections to be given with that at least 2 to 3 g of hemoglobin would increase and such injections have to be given so that it comes to normal level of 12 g. Because of low levels of hemoglobin the heart rate would increase and the same sounds he’s able to hear it in the ears. Get him checked with the general physician and also a clinical evaluation by an ENT surgeon.
