Hello doctors Ian vaccinated with covishield 2 days back? When can I breastfeed my 3 months old child now? How much and from when will the antibodies be transferred in the milk? And how much will it be absorbed by the child? Will those antibodies be helpful or harmful to my 3 months old?

Only mRna vaccines have been studied ond confirm transfer of antibodies through breast milk, yoj have taken covaxine or covishield then no studies proven transfer and second thing is antibodies benificial for baby.
