Have lump and swelling in my right breast..it is small in size and it's not painful..I observed this approx 15 days ago..is it dangerous..??

In your age lumps in breast are mostly benign i.e. not dangerous. They are usually fibroadenosis or fibroadenoma both of which are benign.
Next Steps
Get a breast examination from a surgeon and get an ultrasound breast. This will solve the issue.
