I have really sore nipples which has moved to breast soreness. It started five days ago, there is no associated cause or physical activity. There is no discolouration of the breast however nipples are lighter in colour, tender to. Touch and erect. There appears to be some hardness underneath the nipples, the breasts feel. Warm to. Touch, there is no protruding bumps, no bumps near arm pit, nipples are not inverted, no family history of breast cancer however many relative shave had cancer.
