Milky secretions from the nipples is a condition known as galactorrhoea. It is due to increase in a hormone called Prolactin. It can occur due to various reasons, most commonly due to certain medications. Commonest of all is due to overuse or abuse of Domperidone( mostly combined with Pantoprazole). There are other causes too, which needs to be considered. Some people with this condition also complaints of frequent headaches or menstrual irregularities.
