Last month I'm in sex with my partner and in foreplay for long duration...in sep 20...but now I'm experiencing breast pain(near nipple and surrounded area)....I did sonomamography it's result normal...can the sex and foreplay is the reason for my breast pain

No just sex and foreplay cannot be the reason for breast pain.. it can be cyclic and related to menses . It can also be due some underlying problem , which you may not ignore at this stage . And hence needs assessment . You may consult me for advice and prescription.
