In her right breast a lot of pain occurs while pressing breasts...and i feel my breasts hard and like a gland.

Hello there.  I can understand your concern.  First of all, let me tell you, The history is very insufficient.  First check if she is pregnant. Usually in pregnancy, there can be tenderness and a little amount of harness. If not, then get it checked out by a gynaecologist in person for further evaluation and management.  Best regards.
