Breast pain
I gave birth in october 2017. The feed was less and so my baby was dependent on formula milk besides my milk. But for the past around two months, my fewd has stopped completely. Also now i experiencing slight pain in my breasts sometimes. Kindly advise.

TX â Modify current hormonal therapy, support bra, decrease weight Tylenol, ibuprofen, spironolactone prior to menses Anti-staphylococcal antibiotics - dicloxacillin 250-500 mg po q6h for 7 to 10 days and, for women allergic to penicillin, erythromycin 250 mg po q 6 h. Breastfeeding should be continued during treatment because treatment includes emptying the affected breast.
