Breast lump

I had a lump on my right breast. I was advised to take simrose tablet and they told me its quite normal. Now I have another lump and it hurts if I sleep as I sleep breast facing the bed. Should I need to remove the fibroid? Whom should I consult? Now I live in a new city.
