Feeling lump in left breast since last few years. It was pea sized in starting there after size increased. It doesn't pain but sometimes during chums twitching sensation occurs. Is it harmful or due to some deficiency? Please suggest.

Get done mammogram to rule out any pathology inside the breast.Most probably it is fibroadenoma.Also get done FNAC.
