I have taken covid shield vaccine yesterday from yesterday night I am having fever 99 and body pain ,I have baby of 10 month old ,should I do breast feeding to her because she is very irritated and not sleeping, should I take medicine .

You need to continue breast feeding If there is fever or pain, you can take paracetamol tablet every 6 to 8 hourly
