I'm a flat chested female., my bust is not growing at all n i'm 18. I've been using shatavari for 1 month now 2 times a day n its also not helping. My question is can i take fenugreek powder(methi) along with shatavari regular for the same issue. Pls help. Thanku

Shatavari is good but fenugreek may not be so helpful in it. However some breast developing oils, gels, creams are available in Ayurved mkt for the purpose but some chest stretching exercises are also needed alongwith good NUTRITION.  Pl consult
