Breast cyst. Need help

My sister has had a small cyst-like swelling above her left chest for a long time. Recently, it has become visible from the outside and is causing her pain. We went to the doctor and had a scan done, which I’ve attached. The doctor suggested surgery to remove it, but when we asked about doing a biopsy or FNAC, he said it wasn’t necessary. We are still worried about it. Should we insist on a biopsy or FNAC, or is it safe to proceed as the doctor advised? Please help for a second opinion.

Hello so this is a benign cyst with BIRAD 3 WHICH MEANS THAT THIS IS NOT HARMFUL CYST. Yes the following option is fnac or biopsy followed by surgical removal of the cyst But as this cyst is hampering patients daily activities and its troubling the patient then it has to be removed surgically.

Age of the patient, duration of illness and clinical examination of the lump is essential to decide upon biopsy With the given USG report, it is better to undergo an USG image guided biopsy from the solid component of the lump before planning a surgical removal (which is also a form of biopsy)
