Yup Ayurveda will work great for ur problems....see to increase ur concentration u must have to take ur complete sleep of around 8 hrs...now in current generation we all know even i m including in it that we use our mobile upto 12.30am to 1 am then we have to awake early in morning for college or for our work...so our sleep are decreasing day b day and same as our concentartion also...so these is the main reason for less concentartion now a days along with that in Ayurveda duncharya is mentioned in every text even we r not following all these....
