I am suffering from brain infract from 2 mnths, it was an acute condition, all the tests were normal, doctors couldn't find any reason , symptoms of bells palsy appeared ,I just want to know the lifestyle changes I should make for the recovery, and what about alcohol and smoking, I have to leave them permanently or I can take after a gap of 2 or 3 months , you know today's life, when you are with your colleagues you have to do these things... This is my question thank you

U can continue alcohal and smoking but in future risk increases because of smoking and alcohal and also it affects recovery. Doctor can only advise rest I your decision. Its your life and your life style.
