I'm 20 years old & I have pain in my head sometimes. This pain like to vibration of heart (dhak dhak vibration of brain in one side sometimes both sides). But it is not always. After well sleeping it is removed. But when I have sardi & bukhar then I'm suffer from this type of pain. Please suggest me what is this. Which test detect some danger desease.

Looks like you are suffering from migraine. To exclude other possibilities a CT scan of the head can be done
