Hi Doc, My Uncle had been facing memory issues since few months.Earlier,he used to forget small small things.we thought it was normal.but recently, we observed that he keeps forgetting things from his routine as well.Like,sometimes he doesn't even remember the things happened on the same day.. like what he did in the morning also he is unable to recollect in the evening..these episodes are not that frequent.So,he got a MRI done recently and report-summary is attached.we are yet to meet the concerned doctor.He is not available for another 3 days..So,we are just worried about the report.please let us know what exactly my uncle's issue is.and is there anything serious.
