It is possible that your attention and concentration problems are related to lack of nutrition, that tend to improve when one takes a diet high in nutritive value. As far as ADD is concerned, have you seen a mental health professional who has informed you of this condition present in you? Diagnosis of ADD requires assessment by professional and accordingly the treatment follows. If your attention difficulties persist in the absence of ADD, they could be related other physical or emotional causes.
Next Steps
Consult a General physician and/or a nutritionist to firstly rule out any physical causes for your problems. If that doesn’t help, consult a psychologist. Since ADD requires assessment and active intervention thereafter, it would be preferable if you meet someone on-site.
