Brain Disbalance for a while

It was the first day of my gym..I went there...did some exercises..After 20 push ups i took rest for five min and drink water...Now problem arises..i was not stable....everything looks like moving..the things were not clearly visible to my eyes..and then i take rest in cool air for 15min and i became stable...what is the problem..is there any trouble...should i continue exercise?

hi good morning When you exercise our heart needs to push extra blood to muscles . such transient blurring of vision and giddiness may be one due to syncope i.e. less blood going to brain
